These are great for creating SCD-legal and Gluten Free buns and rolls. Our SCD-legal recipe has a touch of honey making them better than any store-bought GF buns.
Needs to be placed on a cookie sheet. Remember, most SCD recipes do not 'rise' very well, so needs to be fairly full to get the needed thickness. They are difficult to clean. The use of parchment paper cut to form solves the 'easy to remove' issue and helps with cleaning the bottom.
